Collecting Rent

This is one less thing to worry about.

We will collect rent on your behalf and pay it over to you by BACS transfer less our fees.

Rent Management

To make your life easier, we will:

  • Collect four weeks rent in advance
  • monitor payments,
  • issue statements,
  • inform you if your tenants fall behind,
  • hold your tenant’s security deposit (if applicable)
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions
  • arrange an inspection at the end of a tenancy (if we prepared the original inventory)

Our Fees

No Let, No Fee

Administration Fee: £75 to be deducted from first month’s rent

Management Fee: £30 a month to be deducted from monthly rent

We work very closely with our sister company, who specialises in heating, plumbing, electrical and building work. Therefore you will be entitled to lowest possible rates for new boiler, central heating systems, bathrooms or breakdown emergencies.

They also receive grants for home improvements and if there is any grant available for your property e.g. to improve central heating system or to insulate the walls and loft, they will inform you and help you apply for these funds.
